To reach the islands, guests can travel from the resort to Thap Lamu Pier, which is approximately 40 minutes away by car. Guests arriving at Phuket International Airport (HKT) can expect a drive north along Highway 4, passing through coastal towns and green countryside before reaching Khao Lak. Airport transfers can be arranged directly with the resort or through local transport providers.

For guests travelling from Krabi or Surat Thani, the drive takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on traffic. Public buses and private taxis are available from both provinces, though private transfers are recommended for comfort and efficiency. Once in Khao Lak, Grand Mercure is about 20 minutes north of the main town centre.
